Dedication means making a conscious choice to invest time and energy in the people who matter most. It requires being present, following through on commitments, and continuing to strengthen relationships even when challenges arise.
At Colorado Youth Outdoors, Dedicate is the final principle of our PACD teaching model. It encourages parents and youth to carry the lessons of participation, appreciation, and communication into their everyday lives.
It comes down to: stay focused, even when the going gets tough. That can play out when the fish aren’t biting, in a marriage, at work . . . .
