What CORE Is
CORE is Colorado Youth Outdoors’ flagship program. It is intentionally designed to build communication, trust, and long-term connection between a parent and their teenager through consistent, shared experiences in traditional outdoor recreation.
How it works
Summer (Condensed Format)
Second and fourth weeks of June and July
Wednesday through Friday
5:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Fall (Full Program)
12-week progression with each session building on the previous
Who It’s For
Youth ages 10–18
Parent or guardian participation required
Designed for families committed to participating together
